Residents of the FEZ "Vitebsk" more than doubled budget payments in January-April

Residents of the FEZ "Vitebsk" in January-April of the current year increased budget payments by more than two times to Br15.4 billion compared to the same period in 2009. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press center of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Vitebsk region.
According to the results of four months, the share of payments by FEZ residents in the consolidated budget revenues of the region was 1.4% and increased by 0.9 percentage points compared to January-April of last year. 33 FEZ resident enterprises are registered with the tax authorities of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies. The largest taxpayers are the foreign enterprise "CHESS-BEL", OJSC "Vityaz", SOOO "Okna-Invest", SOOO "Forteks-vodnye tekhnologii", RUP "Design Bureau "Display", which account for over 83% of the total volume of tax payments by FEZ residents. In addition, FEZ resident enterprises fully fulfilled their obligations to the budget, not allowing any payment arrears. In total, in January-April, almost Br1.1 trillion in revenues were received into the consolidated budget of the region.
About Br513.5 billion were attracted to the republican budget, and more than Br584 billion to the local budget. In the structure of revenues, the share of excise taxes in the total amount of receipts is 33.1%, value added tax - 16.3%, income tax - 13.1%, profit tax - 8.5%. Payments from enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership formed about 95.4% of all budget revenues, the share of payments from individual entrepreneurs in the total amount of receipts was 3%, and from individuals - 1.6%. Based on the results of work for 4 months, the number of loss-making business entities decreased by almost 16% to 941 compared to the same period last year.
Taxpayers using the simplified taxation system increased budget payments by more than 1.5 times to Br44.2 billion. In total, almost 10 thousand legal entities and individual entrepreneurs use the simplified taxation system in the region. In total, almost 16 thousand enterprises and organizations, about 29.5 thousand individual entrepreneurs, and over 411.5k individuals
