Russian company "Tatneft" will build gas stations in Tolochinsky and Dokshitsky districts
October 15, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Russian company "Tatneft" will build gas stations in Tolochin and Dokshytsy districts. Agreements on this were signed today by the leadership of the districts and a representative of JV "Tatbelnefteproduct" at the autumn investment forum in Vitebsk, reports a BELTA correspondent.
As the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan in Belarus Irek Gafiyatullin told a BELTA correspondent, the cost of each gas station is $2 million. They are planned to be built in 2009-2010. During this period, the company expects to open 30 gas stations across Belarus. In total, JV "Tatbelnefteproduct" plans to create a network of 150 gas stations in all regions of the country, the interlocutor emphasized.
Touching upon the work of the forum, Irek Gafiyatullin noted that Belarusian enterprises should position themselves more actively. In his opinion, to work more effectively in attracting investors, price lists for their products should be prepared not in one version with prices in Belarusian rubles, but in three: in Belarusian, Russian rubles and dollars. "The availability of comparative characteristics of the cost of similar products from Russian or European manufacturers at enterprises will also help increase competitiveness. Then a potential partner can immediately decide what to do: if it's more expensive - to negotiate, if it's cheaper - to agree on cooperation," the head believes.
Russian company "Tatneft" registered a foreign limited liability company "Tatbelnefteproduct" in Belarus in May of this year, through which it implements its projects here. -0-
