For two days - May 20-21 - its meeting is being held in Vitebsk, the "Vitebsk" Cultural Center informed a BELTA correspondent. The director of the opening ceremony concerts, Russia Day, and Moscow Day, Mikhail Vysotsky, the director of the closing ceremony concert, Vyacheslav Panin, the director of the gala concert of Belarusian artists, Nina Osipova, and Vladislava Artiukovskaya, who will direct all concerts of future stars - participants of the "Vitebsk-2009" International Pop Song Performers Contest, presented their vision of the main festival events for discussion. According to preliminary information, Sofia Rotaru, Valery Leontiev, Philipp Kirkorov, Valery Meladze, and Boris Moiseev will come to the festival with their solo concerts. Ticket sales are expected to begin at the end of May. The most expensive tickets will be for the opening concert - Br350 thousand.
