The leadership of the Vitebsk region sent congratulations on Mother's Day

We sincerely congratulate you on Mother's Day!

On this bright day, we address words of sincere gratitude, love, and respect to mothers, kind, patient, and wise. All the best that is in us comes from our mothers. The first and most beautiful word a child says is "Mama". And there is no one closer or dearer in a person's life. A faithful mother's heart and a strong father's shoulder serve as support in any trials.

A woman's destiny is to create a home. Large, friendly families strengthen the state and serve as a benchmark for building a prosperous society. Support for parents with many children has always been and will remain among the main priorities of state policy.

Maternal labor is honored with high state awards. The most significant is the Order of Mother, awarded to those who have given birth to and raised five or more children. On the eve of Mother's Day, nine women from the Vitebsk region received this award. In total, 807 mothers in the region have been awarded the Order of Mother!

By tradition, annually 25 residents of the region become recipients of the award of the regional executive committee named after Hero of the Soviet Union Zinaida Mikhailovna Tusnolobova-Marchenko. Their example teaches parental responsibility, the preservation and multiplication of virtue in family relationships.        

We wish you, dear mothers, a long and happy life surrounded by loved ones. May your children live up to your expectations, bring joy with their achievements, and give you care and attention.
