The leadership of the Vitebsk region sent congratulations to the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus on the 120th anniversary of the trade union movement

120 years – this milestone in the history of the public organization encompasses a biography rich in events and facts. Having gone through a long and complex path, the trade union remains in defense of the rights and interests of the working people.

Together with government bodies and heads of state institutions, the trade union committees of Pridvinye take part in the development and implementation of state programs, counter and five-year plans, increased commitments, and mobilize people for decades, months, shock watches, and subbotniks.

More and more, the activities of the trade unions of the region reflect issues of employment and job placement, improving the quality of life of their members, improving remuneration, improving working and living conditions, and occupational safety and health of employees.

The organization should become a real force in the political system of Belarusian society, capable of effectively defending human interests in practice, being a guarantor of compliance with labor legislation, and the sustainable development of our state.
