The Vitebsk region leadership sent greetings to the participants of the international competition of young pop singers "Khali-Halo" in Novopolotsk

Dear participants and guests of the international competition of young pop singers "Khali-Halo"!

Since its inception, the song forum in Novopolotsk has harmoniously blended into the fabric of Belarus's cultural life and confidently become one of the country's prestigious vocal creative projects.

The competition, designed to discover and support young talents, was not created by chance in one of the youngest cities of our republic. Time has confirmed: the idea of a musical competition has fertile ground, based on the unique aura of reviving the best traditions of the pop genre.

Each year, the project adds new colors to its

palette. The performers' skills are improving, and the geography of participants is expanding. This is an inexhaustible stream, into which new rivulets of singing mastery of the younger generation of our republic and other countries flow each time. Throughout its many years of history, the competition has introduced many talented performers to the world.

We sincerely wish all project participants inspiration and successful performances, and to the international competition – creative longevity and new discoveries!

Sincerely,

N.N. Sherstnev,
Chairman
of the Vitebsk Regional
