The creation of the Union State has become a landmark stage in the development of integration processes in the post-Soviet space and testifies to our aspiration to live in peace and harmony, to expand and fill with dynamics the trade, economic and cultural relations between the regions.

The centuries-old spiritual heritage, which has embraced fateful historical events, including the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, and the huge human and economic potential of current cooperation are the foundation that strengthens our unity and helps us to confront the common challenges and threats of our time.
