The Vitebsk region leadership congratulated on the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia

This holiday symbolizes the common historical destinies of the two peoples, the desire to maintain traditions of good neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Well-thought-out and coordinated actions open up new horizons for the development of national economies and the improvement of citizens' well-being.

 

The deepening of partnership is facilitated by 26 bilateral agreements signed with territorial subjects of the Russian Federation at the level of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and more than 100 at the level of city and district executive committees.

Our unity has special value, especially now, when the international community is going through a difficult time of conflicts and crises. History has repeatedly proven: only together can we adequately respond to any challenges of our time.

We are confident that the inviolability of fraternal bonds, mutual trust and respect will always be the main guidelines for Belarusians and Russians on the chosen path.

We sincerely wish the residents of the region, our Russian friends and partners health, happiness and well-being! Peace and prosperity to our countries!
