The leadership of the Vitebsk region congratulated the pupils of the Vitebsk City Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation on the New Year holidays.
– Today, the task of the authorities, the main department for education, is to support educational institutions that are engaged in complex correctional work with children, – noted Dmitry Khoma. – Special attention is paid to orphans and those who need additional support. Thus, by the decision of the Regional Executive Committee, about 500 thousand rubles have been allocated for sweet gifts and the purchase of equipment for individual educational institutions. New Year is not only a time for tasty surprises, but also an opportunity for us to improve conditions and strengthen the material and technical base. The Vitebsk City Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation was presented with an interactive table that will help children develop.
The center for correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation, which has been operating in Vitebsk for over two decades, provides assistance to children with severe psychophysical development disorders. As noted by the director of the institution, Elena Duk, on the eve of the New Year holidays, it has become a good tradition for the center to receive honored guests who bring joy to children, warming their hearts.
– In the magical December days, every child awaits miracles and joyful meetings. Our task is to give them a piece of warmth, attention, and a fairy tale that should not end. Thank you to the teachers of the institution for their care and difficult daily work, – noted Vyacheslav Durnov and presented the center's director with a certificate for the purchase of special equipment.
By the decorated Christmas tree, honored guests presented gifts and cash certificates. They wished the staff, children, and parents good health and the fulfillment of their most cherished desires.
