UE "Display" Design Bureau has been corporatized

October 26, Vitebsk / Sergei Kochetov - BELTA /. Republican unitary enterprises "Display Design Bureau" and "Lotos Association" have been corporatized in the Vitebsk region. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the regional territorial fund of state property "Vitebskoblimushchestvo". The authorized capital of OJSC "Display Design Bureau" is formed in the amount of over Br17 billion, with plans to issue 46,105 ordinary shares. All shares will remain state-owned. Until the first shareholders' meeting, the State Military Industrial Committee is authorized to make decisions within the competence of the general meeting and the supervisory board of the company. OJSC "Lotos Association" has formed an authorized capital of over Br6 billion, for which 144,344 ordinary shares with a nominal value of Br44,000 each will be issued. The state's share in the authorized capital will be 100%. By the end of 2010, it is planned to reform more than 10 more enterprises of republican ownership in the region, which are included in the privatization plan of republican property objects for 2008-2010. Currently, these enterprises, including "Orsha Tool Plant", "Novopolotsk Plant of Protein-Vitamin Concentrates", "BelVitunipharm", are undergoing the final stage of transformation, after which decisions will be made on the establishment of open joint-stock companies, added "Vitebskoblimushchestvo". -0-
