RUE "Vityaz" will present samples of televisions in colored casings at an international exhibition in Moscow

RUPP "Vityaz" will present the latest models of LCD panels and LCD TVs in colored and glossy casings at the prestigious international exhibition "HDI-Show-2009" in Moscow, the enterprise informed a BELTA correspondent. The largest exhibition in Eastern Europe will bring together leading manufacturers of consumer audio and video equipment and home entertainment systems from April 9 to 12. At the Vitebsk enterprise's stand during these days, visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with various developments of "Vityaz" in the field of digital television broadcasting and reception of digital television signals. DVD players, tuners for converting digital and analog signals, as well as hybrid and digital TVs will be presented here. It is noteworthy that the latter are made in casings of various color schemes - from the company's signature silver to glossy black, sea wave, and white. An exclusive model of an LCD TV in a wooden casing will participate in the "Product of the Year-2009" competition. The enterprise was founded in 1976. It specializes in the production of televisions. It also produces fire-fighting equipment, medical equipment, furniture, and building materials. Almost all components for the products are manufactured at the plant. Currently, about 5,000 people work here. In 2008, the enterprise increased its production volume by 8.6% compared to the previous year. The growth rate of foreign exchange earnings during this period reached 144% compared to 2007. The share of new products in the total production volume was 43%. -0-
