Minister of Architecture and Construction Ruslan Parkhamovich familiarized himself with the production of the Vitebsk Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Plant No. 3 branch of JSC "Krichevtsementnoshifer" and met with the staff as part of the Unified Information Day.
In a conversation with journalists, the head of the department noted that the most important issue is the utilization of the enterprise's capacities, and PRC Plant No. 3 shows a positive trend. The products are in demand not only in our country but are also exported. Therefore, it is necessary to improve technology, reduce costs, and achieve a confident positive result. It is especially important that the Orsha plant was recently joined to PRC Plant No. 3. The management has been tasked to pay special attention to the cost structure of the new unit, to put things in order there, so that the newly joined enterprise is not a burden, but an assistant in increasing industrial production volumes.
Ruslan Parkhamovich emphasized that communication with the staff and discussion of the enterprise's current activities with them is a significant aspect. It is important to feel how motivated people are for work.
The main issue of the meeting with the staff, which was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexey Geroev, was the upcoming All-Belarusian People's Assembly. The importance of the new constitutional body was noted in the conversation, and its main activities were discussed.
