A wealth of fish awaits Vitebsk residents on September 12

"Fish Saturday" awaits Vitebsk residents on September 12, the BELTA correspondent was informed by the ideological work department of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee. The "Fish of Belarus" fair will be held on Freedom Square. Farms from Vitebsk ("Novolukomlsky" and "Novinki"), Minsk ("Volma", "Lyuban") and Brest ("Selets") regions will offer a wide selection of live fish to the residents of the regional center. The assortment includes carp, silver carp, grass carp, pike, trout, sterlet, sturgeon, fish of other species, as well as smoked and dried fish. All products will be sold at manufacturer prices. The fair will be accompanied by a cultural and entertainment program. From early morning, amateur art groups of the regional center will sing and dance for the Vitebsk residents. A no less attractive component of "Fish Saturday" for many will be the tasting of ukha (fish soup), which will be organized at the fair. -0-
