From September 21, heating will begin to be connected in residential buildings in Vitebsk and the region
Since yesterday, heating has been supplied to social facilities in Vitebsk and the Vitebsk region. These include kindergartens, schools, medical and social security institutions, museums, archives, libraries, and hotels.
Today, heat will be supplied to residential buildings, dormitories, all educational institutions, theaters, and public baths.
Heating is supplied to apartments when the average daily temperature is below 8 degrees Celsius for five consecutive days. By the way, last year the heating season in the Vitebsk region started almost a month later, on October 15.
