Happy Teacher's Day!

No matter what heights we reach, the path to them began in school. Education is the foundation for successful work.

The teaching profession is important and noble; today, teachers and educators are entrusted with a responsible mission: not only to give children profound knowledge but also to foster their sense of citizenship and patriotism, to teach them to live by the interests of society, to think creatively, and to make independent decisions.

Dear residents of the Vitebsk region,

Dear educators,

Dear friends!

I sincerely congratulate you on Teacher's Day!

Traditionally, in the first days of October, we celebrate a holiday that is dear to all generations of residents of our region.

In the Vitebsk region, the professional holiday is celebrated by more than 13,000 general education school teachers, 7,000 preschool education system educators, teachers of higher and secondary vocational education institutions, employees of extracurricular education institutions, veteran teachers, and everyone who has preserved gratitude in their soul to the teacher who shapes the spiritual values of a student's personality.

Today, for the educational process, it is important to develop youth participation in innovative projects and the desire to think creatively and rationally. 71 educational institutions in the Vitebsk region are implementing 11 experimental and 19 innovative projects of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

We are proud of our teachers and students who, by tradition, worthily represent the region at republican and international Olympiads and honorably perform at prestigious competitions and forums.

A teacher is constantly at the center of public life, is a keeper of knowledge, culture, and moral values, their professionalism, sensitivity, wisdom, and patience are invaluable!

I wish you, dear teachers, health, happiness, and inspiration, love and gratitude from your students!

Remain faithful to your high calling and the pedagogical traditions of the Pridvinye region. Success in raising the younger generation of Belarus!

Sincerely,

Alexander Ksinets,

Chairman

Vitebsk Regional
