Residents of the region turned to the President's aide - the inspector for the Vitebsk region, Vitaly Vovk, with long-standing unresolved issues during a reception in Glubokoye.
– Such meetings, as practice shows, give residents of the regions an opportunity to get an answer to their question, to express their proposal, – noted Vitaly Mikhailovich. – In general, it must be said that work with the population in the Vitebsk region is carried out at the proper level.
There were few appeals received on this day. The absence of complaints about the work of housing and communal services, in particular, regarding the improvement of settlements, indicates that increased attention is paid to this in the region. However, some problematic issues have not been resolved for years.
Thus, clarifying the boundaries of a land plot in a rural area became the cause of disagreement between neighbors. Praskovya Shinkevich, insisting on her rightness, showed Vitaly Mikhailovich a weighty folder of documents collected over the past 18 years. She had repeatedly sought help in resolving this important issue from the heads of various structures. But so far, without success.
In turn, the head of the land management department of the district executive committee, Lyudmila Babkevich, and the chairman of the Ozerechsky rural executive committee, Svetlana Anashkevich, presented other arguments, also appealing to documented facts.
– In the near future, a special commission will go to the site and carry out precise measurements. I am sure that we will be able to sort everything out and finally put an end to this long-standing dispute, – emphasized Vitaly Vovk. – By the way, people often come to receptions with questions concerning land management matters. It is important to hear the opinions, arguments of each of them, verify the facts and make a decision in accordance with the law. If a person is still worried about something, they should be explained in detail why exactly these measures were taken, and provide clear arguments.
Ivan Sheko came to the reception of the Presidential Aide from Dokshitsy with his wife Nina. Their question concerned the high rental fee for the use of a trading space at the city market. When they concluded the contract with the Dokshitsy district union, they did not think about the amount of rent for the provided 23 square meters.
Soon, at the request of the family, the landlord significantly reduced the rent. But Ivan Sheko assures that even this amount is unaffordable. For comparison, he cites neighboring districts where rent is lower.
Raippo has the right to dictate its terms. At the same time, Vitaly Vovk promised to find out if it is possible to reduce the rent. In a conversation, Ivan Sheko touched upon another important issue. He purchased a land plot at an auction for the organization of agritourism.
The capital's firm prepared the project, and the builders started working. However, district specialists found discrepancies in the prepared documents, and a decision has already been made to demolish the erected guest houses. Vitaly Vovk asked to send information on this issue to the regional executive committee for further consideration.
Polotsk resident Galina Ivaskevich also came to Vitaly Mikhailovich's reception, representing her son's interests. 1.5 years ago, his stolen car was found in Moscow. The Investigative Committee of Polotsk is working with the materials on this case, but the process is slow. How much longer do we have to wait? Vitaly Vovk promised to sort this out.
Oleg Plyuto from Glubokoye expressed bewilderment regarding the accrual of penalties by the educational institution "Polotsk Trade and Technical College of Belkoopsoyuz" for his timely payment. It's a small amount, but the man was surprised by the very fact of its accrual.
On the same day, Vitaly Vovk visited a number of processing enterprises in the city, paying special attention to the effectiveness of the previously carried out modernization of production, the introduction of advanced technologies into work, and the expansion of the geography of export supplies of finished products.
Together with the deputy chairman of the district executive committee, Elena Shalonko, he visited a new residential microdistrict, which has everything except a school. A new educational institution for the city, with a population of just under 20,000 people, would be a wonderful gift.
