The Vitebsk region sanitary service detected violations at every second rural facility

The sanitary and epidemiological service of the Vitebsk region has identified violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation at every second of almost 700 inspected facilities during a raid in the rural districts of the region. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Larisa Zinkevich, Deputy Chief Physician of the Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health. Control measures were carried out in agro-towns, mechanized yards and farms of agricultural enterprises by order of the chairman of the regional executive committee. Following the raid, 109 administrative offense reports were drawn up against the guilty persons, and 7 decisions were issued to suspend the operation of facilities. 5 people who had not undergone medical examinations were suspended from work. More than 230 orders to eliminate the identified violations were issued to the administrations of enterprises and settlements. In addition, 17 information messages were sent to the city and district executive committees for response measures.
