Collection of proposals on problematic issues of legislation

Национальным центром законодательства и правовой информациис 20 июля по 1 октября текущего года проводится сбор предложений граждан и организаций по проблемным вопросам законодательства, связанным с избыточностью регулирования и коллизионностью постановлений Правительства и ведомственных актов. 

Информация о проведении сбора размещена на Национальном правовом Интернет-портале.

Выявленные примеры ведомственных актов и постановлений Правительства, не соответствующих Конституции, законам и указам Президента, дублирующих нормы законодательства либо противоречащих друг другу, устаревших или содержащих избыточные требования, а также свои предложения по этим вопросам граждане и организации могут направлять: 
- в специальную тему на сайте ”Правовой форум Беларуси“; 
- на электронную почту sbor@center.gov.by или почтовыми отправлениями в адрес НЦЗПИ (220030, г. Минск, ул. Берсона, 1а, с пометкой ”Сбор“); 
- в расположенные в областных центрах подразделения НЦЗПИ – региональные центры правовой информации Брестской, Витебской, Гомельской, Гродненской и Могилевской областей.

Все поступившие предложения будут изучены экспертами центра, обсуждены в специально созданных рабочих группах. 
Ознакомиться с содержанием актов законодательства, при необходимости, граждане и юридические лица могут на Национальном правовом Интернет-портале, являющемся источником официального опубликования, в государственных информационно-правовых ресурсах «ЭТАЛОН» и «ЭТАЛОН-ОНЛАЙН», а также в публичных центрах правовой информации, расположенных в библиотеках нашей страны.
The National Center of Legislation and Legal Information is collecting proposals from citizens and organizations on problematic issues of legislation related to excessive regulation and conflicts between Government decrees and departmental acts from July 20 to October 1 of the current year.

Information on the collection is posted on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Citizens and organizations can send identified examples of departmental acts and Government decrees that do not comply with the Constitution, laws, and presidential decrees, duplicate legislative norms, contradict each other, are outdated, or contain excessive requirements, as well as their proposals on these issues: 
- to a special topic on the "Legal Forum of Belarus" website; 
- by e-mail to sbor@center.gov.by or by postal mail to the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information (220030, Minsk, 1a Berson St., with the note "Collection"); 
- to the branches of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information located in the regional centers – the regional legal information centers of Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and Mogilev regions.

All submitted proposals will be studied by the center's experts and discussed in specially created working groups. 
If necessary, citizens and legal entities can familiarize themselves with the content of legislative acts on the National Legal Internet Portal, which is the source of official publication, in the state information and legal resources "ETALON" and "ETALON-ONLINE", as well as in public legal information centers located in the libraries of our country.
