Seven shops and restaurants will open in the Vitebsk region on the eve of the New Year holidays

Seven new shops and restaurants will open in the Vitebsk region on the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the trade department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. The largest number of retail outlets in the region in December is opened by Eurotorg LLC (Evroopt store chain). Two Evroopt stores already opened their doors to customers in Vitebsk and Novopolotsk last weekend. Another Evroopt store is preparing to open in Orsha. The retail space of the new stores is 1500 sq.m. Customers will be able to purchase groceries and everyday goods here, with an assortment exceeding 3 thousand items. It is also important that these retail establishments have created 163 new jobs in the region. The format of Evroopt stores allows customers to save significantly due to lower prices (up to 20%), primarily on grocery, fish, chicken products, canned vegetables, and fruits. Currently, 38 Evroopt discount stores operate in Belarus, located in the capital, as well as in Vitebsk, Brest, Mogilev, Gomel, Bobruisk, Orsha, and a number of other major cities of the republic. More than 110 thousand people use their services daily. Also, on the eve of the holidays, the flagship store of the Orsha Linen Mill, Vitebsky Linen, will open. The list of public catering facilities will be supplemented by two restaurants in Vitebsk - Victoria and Zhuravinka. In total, this year, 110 retail outlets with a total retail area of 8.6 thousand sq.m and 66 public catering facilities with 2.2 thousand seats have been opened in the region through new construction, reconstruction, and resumption of operations. -0-
