Seven billion rubles have been allocated for the technical re-equipment of the Dokshitsy production workshop of Lepel Dairy Plant OJSC.

The modernization affected many production areas. Instead of an ammonia refrigeration unit, a freon unit was acquired, and new equipment is being commissioned.

Soon, modern computerized equipment will appear in the milk reception workshop, and a milk storage facility for 150 tons of milk has been built (previously, the workshop could only store 40 tons in special tanks). Today, Dokshytsy receives, cleans, cools, and ships milk from the district to the main enterprise in Lepel. In the future, it is planned to produce soft and semi-hard cheeses.
