The director of the enterprise, Valery Kuchko, smiles – this is the so-called family team heading to the field.
— For many years, two pairs of brothers have been working here, who are also brothers-in-law. Don't understand? It's simple. Tractor drivers Gorbachev, Alexey and Sergey, married their sisters to the Gornakov brothers – Dmitry and Boris. Believe me, you can move mountains with such guys! They are thrifty, skillful, and any type of machinery is within their capabilities. They are involved in plowing, sowing, and harvesting grain. They help each other if necessary, and assist during unexpected breakdowns. If you assign a field to this team, they will do everything themselves. Quickly and efficiently.
Last year, the large seed farm supplied the region's agrarians with the most grain elite – over a thousand tons. This is the first result among colleagues; the Senno team covered approximately one-fifth of all the needs of Vitebsk farmers for good seeds. Now they have about a hundred tons of elite seeds left. They are ready for shipment. Seed treatment is carried out using a module specially built for this purpose. Local "Kulikibins" (inventors) did their best, independently developing and erecting a high-rise structure. Now a loader fills the grain into a special tank, where it is mixed with chemical preparations, and then automatically bagged directly into huge sacks. Ready – it can be delivered to the field. — We have to sow about 600 hectares. Approximately 300 of them will be occupied by grain crops, 130 – by rapeseed, and the rest – by perennial grasses. Also for seeds, – says Valery Kuchko. – About 80 percent of the areas have been sown. The weather is favorable, and we will quickly cope with the rest. We are in no hurry: all nuances must be considered, and the land must be well prepared. After all, we are not just getting bread, but laying the foundationthe harvest of future years for numerous agricultural enterprises of the region, which traditionally use our seeds. Such trust is highly valued.
