Senno is preparing for the regional "Dazhynki-2016". More than 50% readiness has been achieved at half of the facilities.

Work in the capital of "Dazhynki-2016" is proceeding according to plan. A correspondent of "VV" took part in the weekly meeting of the headquarters for the preparation of the holiday.

At half of the facilities, readiness is over 50%. The overall architectural composition of the central square and park is taking shape. Residential buildings, retail outlets, industrial, administrative, and social facilities are being repaired, and streets are being improved. As reported by Igor Isachenko, Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Regional Executive Committee, about 650 people from various organizations work in Senno every day. In total, about 170 billion rubles (before denomination) are allocated for construction and reconstruction from all sources of funding, mainly from regional and local budgets, and the enterprises' own funds. Igor Isachenko noted that the organization of work is at a proper level, facilitated by timely preparation. For example, by the beginning of May, almost all design and estimate documentation was developed. Today, there are no problems with financing; all payment orders are processed without delay.

At the last session of the Regional Council of Deputies, an additional 7 billion rubles were allocated for one of the largest facilities – the sports and recreation complex. The general contractor is to complete the construction of the sports and recreation complex with a boiler room and relevant utilities. If funds remain, they will be directed to the reconstruction of the stands and running tracks at the adjacent stadium (the reconstruction itself is planned there after "Dazhynki"). In total, about 14 billion rubles have been allocated for the new sports and recreation complex building.

In Senno, 31 residential buildings are undergoing major repairs, ten of which are handled by the construction department of Senno Housing and Communal Services. As reported by Alexander Artyukh, Director of the enterprise, the work is carried out by own efforts. Four houses have already been commissioned, which allowed for overfulfilling the semi-annual target. Simultaneously, current repairs of housing are being carried out. The day before, a list of problem houses regarding heating was compiled.
