A series of concerts on Victory Square begins today at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk"

July 12, Vitebsk /Olga Bogacheva - BELTA/. A series of concerts begins today at the XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", the forum's directorate reported.

Sergey Lazarev, the group "Premier-Minister", jazz duo Sofia Muratova and Alexey Isakov, as well as the participant from Russia in the "Vitebsk-2011" pop song performers contest Mari Karne will be the first to try to gather the maximum number of spectators on the city's largest dance floor. And on July 13, Vlad Sokolovsky, the group "Otpetye Moshenniki", and the group "Geroi", which includes former soloists of the popular children's vocal group "Volshebniki dvora", will compete for the audience's attention with them.

The organizers of this year's festival have taken care to create the most comfortable conditions for the artists performing on Victory Square. For example, the stage they will perform on is provided by the Palace of the Republic. Instead of adapted buses, thanks to the partner of "Slavianski Bazaar", the Russian company "Kinodoctor", artists will be provided with two specialized mobile dressing room complexes. The vans are equipped with all the necessary equipment, a restroom, and other amenities for the artists.

Concerts by Russian and foreign performers on Victory Square as part of the XIX Festival of Arts gathered about 15,000 spectators and generated revenue of about Br400 million. It is expected that this year's festival will also be a sell-out. -0-
