Masterpieces of world musical art on balalaikas. "Vitebsk Virtuosos" will perform a concert

As explained by the permanent head of the renowned ensemble, Honored Artist of Belarus Tamara Shafranova, the program includes masterpieces of national and world musical art, as well as works by contemporary authors. The concert is designed to convey the most diverse states of the soul: lyrical, romantic, playful moods. The philharmonic soloist Polina Bakhtalina (mezzo-soprano) takes part in the program.

The Vitebsk Virtuosos is a unique ensemble. There is nothing like it anywhere, not even in Russia, where the balalaika is considered a national instrument. "I always wanted the octet to sound like an orchestra," says Tamara Shafranova. The high level of skill of the musicians is confirmed by successful performances at numerous competitions and festivals. The ensemble is a laureate of the prestigious A. Piazzolla International Music Competition.

Balalaika octet concerts are always a celebration, offering the listener a wonderful opportunity to rest their soul and fill their heart with joy.
