The widespread adoption of new product types will help Belarusian enterprises maintain their positions - I. Demidovich

April 9, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. The widespread adoption of new types of products will help Belarusian industrial enterprises maintain their positions and find new sales markets. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Industry of Belarus Ivan Demidovich today at a meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, which considered the issue of implementing Directive No. 3 in the region, according to a BELTA correspondent. "All new products are created taking into account the latest developments in energy saving, and therefore are more competitive. Therefore, all enterprises must pay increased attention to their production," said the First Deputy Minister. As an example, he cited the Orsha machine-tool plant RUPP "Krasny Borets", where the share of new products in January-February was 74% of the production volume, and the growth rate of output was 102% compared to the same period last year. "This is, of course, a slight increase. But at the same time, there is no need to worry about the fate of this enterprise: thanks to the widespread adoption of new products, it successfully competes with other manufacturers and finds new sales markets," emphasized Ivan Demidovich. The Vitebsk plant "Vistan" has also significantly improved its position among domestic machine-building enterprises, noted the First Deputy Minister. -0-
