A school in the Glubokoye district was sold for a basic unit

The sold lot included a school building built in 1990, with a total area of 2087 sq. m., a museum building, a library, 2 sheds, a micro-farm, a boiler room, a workshop, as well as two water heating boilers.

The school building had been put up for auction for the 7th time since 2018, this time with an initial price set at three base values. There was only one buyer for this price – an individual, a resident of the village of Petrunovo, Gluboksky district, to whom the school was sold for 85 rubles.

Also on April 20, 5 garages in Novolukoml, Chashniksky district were put up for auction. The garages were put up for auction for the 3rd time, this time with a price reduction of 80%. For this price, there were 3 buyers for each garage. During the bidding, the price increased 2.5 times. Currently, the main ways to involve property in economic circulation remain sale at auction for a base value, as well as with an 80% price reduction.

Thus, out of 29 successful auctions held by the committee in 2020, 9 auctions were for the base value, and 13 auctions were with an 80% price reduction. The total amount of funds received from the sale of unused state property at auctions this year amounted to 443 thousand rubles.
