Students from the Vitebsk region are preparing to represent the region at the republican stage of the subject Olympiad
Good luck and excellent results at the final stage of the republican subject olympiad for high school students of schools and gymnasiums of Orsha region were wished by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vladimir Terentyev, Head of the Education Department of the Regional Executive Committee Dmitry Khoma, and Head of Orsha District Nikolai Lisovsky.
11 talented schoolchildren – diploma winners of I and II degrees of the third (regional) stage – gathered with their teachers at Gymnasium No. 1 in Orsha to share their successes and achievements, tune in for victory, and ask the guests questions that concerned them.
The guests of the educational institution became convinced of this during an excursion through classrooms with interactive equipment, and experienced the possibilities of the latest technologies in learning school subjects.
предметов. The directors of schools No. 3, 20, 17, and Gymnasium No. 2 spoke about the process of preparing for the Olympiads. It is on their basis that resource centers operate, where advanced experience, didactic, methodological, and practical materials are accumulated, which all teachers of the region can use. Students of the aforementioned gymnasiums and schools are constant winners and prize-winners of district, regional, and republican Olympiads.– 79 students from schools and gymnasiums of the district participated in the regional round of the Olympiad in 15 subjects, – said **Andrei Zagursky, Head of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of the Orsha District Executive Committee**. – 37 students became diploma winners. The best results were achieved in labor training, biology, geography, computer science, chemistry, Belarusian language and literature. I want to wish the children who, as part of the Vitebsk region team, will go to different cities of our country in the coming days to participate in the final stage of the republican Olympiad, success, good luck, and, as they say, break a leg!
It is noteworthy that the dialogue between the authorities and schoolchildren took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere over tea. It was this format that best facilitated the discussion of topical issues that need to be addressed first and foremost when preparing for the finals.
