This year, about Br18.4 billion has been allocated for the preparation of educational institutions for classes after the summer break. At the same time, the possibility of additional funding for the education sector in the amount of Br5 billion is currently being considered. Primarily, cosmetic repairs were carried out at the facilities of the education system, however, in some institutions, repairs of roofs, heating systems, and boiler houses were performed, where financial resources were directed in the first place. Today, the acceptance of schools for the start of classes is practically completed, and on a number of facilities, small amounts of cosmetic repairs remain to be completed in the coming days.
A total of 559 schools in the region are preparing to admit students, with two educational institutions starting the new academic year with a new status.
