A first-grader from the Miory district suffered from careless handling of fire, BELTA correspondent was informed by Marina Fando, press secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The accident occurred in the village of Yazno. When laying firewood in the furnace, due to a sudden strong flare-up, the seven-year-old boy received first and second-degree burns to his face. 10% of his body was affected.
