Dubroven entrepreneurs produce sintepon for sewing and furniture enterprises of the region and Russia
The limited liability company "Syntotex" has a small team: only 7 people, including management, but the good saying "not by number, but by skill" has never been challenged. Thus, according to the chief accountant Oksana Ivanova, the revenue for the past year amounted to more than 500 thousand de-nominated rubles. All employees are local, and training takes place directly in the workshop.
Production depends on the season. For example, less product is sold in winter, as the activation of purchases begins around May and continues until November, when warm clothes are sewn. Wadding is also used for blankets and other bedding. It has excellent thermal insulation and airtight properties, and moisture resistance. The product is environmentally friendly: non-toxic and does not cause allergic reactions.
Among the partners of the Dubrovno residents are Vitebsk enterprises "Znamya Industrializatsii", "KiS", "Bel' Bimbo", Orsha enterprise "Svitanka", private sewing and furniture companies, and the House of Consumer Services. About half of the products are exported to Russia, where new sales markets are constantly being developed. Among the unconditional advantages of locating the production facility, one can mention the favorable geographical location of the district, through which the European highway E30 passes. Sometimes, 3-4 trucks are sent to Russia per month.
An important detail is that the production is waste-free. Non-conforming products are sent back for secondary processing. At the final stage, the products are rolled into rolls, then packed in polyethylene – and the material is ready to begin its journey to the consumer.
