Warehouse stocks of enterprises in the Vitebsk region decreased by almost Br170 billion from July to October this year, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Economy Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. Inventories of finished goods decreased from 62.3% of the average monthly production volume in July to 43.4% (Br497.4 billion) as of November 1. According to specialists, a stable trend of reducing warehouse overstocking is emerging in the region. The region's enterprises are developing new sales markets, actively participating in exhibitions and sales. Since the beginning of the year, 1.8 thousand fairs and sales have been held in the region. At the same time, enterprises in the light, timber, and machine-building industries are still experiencing problems with warehouse unloading.-0-
