A nerve-tickling attraction will appear in the center of Vitebsk near the main venue of the "Slavianski Bazaar" arts festival - the Summer Amphitheater, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee Dmitry Sherikov told a BELTA correspondent. The bowl of the Summer Amphitheater is located in ravines through which two streams flow - Zamkovy and Dunai, the namesake of the mighty European river. Until now, these territories in the very heart of the city remained undeveloped, and the slopes of the Dunaev ravine even began to crumble. The City Executive Committee decided to put things in order here and build an entertainment sports attraction. It is assumed that it will be an all-season toboggan "Slavianski Gorki" (Slavic Hills), which resembles the famous roller coaster and promises thrill-seekers many sharp sensations. According to Dmitry Sherikov, work has already been done to fill and strengthen the slopes. It is planned that by June 1, 2011, for the opening of the юбилейный XX "Slavianski Bazaar" arts festival, the attraction will be ready.
