Rifle shooting competitions among youth for the prizes of the regional executive committee chairman were held in Vitebsk
The competitions were organized on the basis of the regional structural unit of DOSAAF. 13 teams from among the pupils of military-patriotic classes, cadet schools and pre-conscription training centers participated in them.
— Shooting competitions have been held since 2016, and the number of participants is growing every time, — said Lieutenant Colonel Igor Lazovsky, Head of the Territorial Defense Department — Deputy Military Commissar of the region. — Cadets from Vitebsk and Polotsk, the best shooters from many regions of the Vitebsk region have arrived.
Igor Mikhailovich also noted that the participants passed qualifying rounds in their places, so their training is at a high level and the competition is serious.
The competitions are held in two stages. In the first stage, teenagers compete for the title of the strongest, and in the second stage, the heads of districts and the regional executive committee compete.
