The VI methodological meeting was held on the topic "Best regional practices for organizing assistance to families and children: from creation to replication"

As part of the cooperation between the Committee for Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Department of Social Development of the Smolensk Region, the VI methodological meeting was held on the topic "Best Regional Practices in Organizing Assistance to Families and Children: From Creation to Replication".

Elena Romanova, Head of the Department of Social Development of the Smolensk Region, welcomed all participants of the event and expressed her gratitude to the Vitebsk Region for their close cooperation in addressing issues of assistance to children and families with children in difficult life situations.

Institutions of social services of the Vitebsk Region participated, sharing their work experience in this area, as well as educational, child social protection institutions of the Smolensk Region of the Russian Federation, and representatives of non-profit, public, and private organizations.

The Committee for Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee sent a welcome letter to the Department, outlining issues of interaction, knowledge transfer, and the application of new technologies and social practices in social service institutions. The experience of neighboring countries will be implemented in the social service institutions of our region.
