Vitebsk Customs officers joined the «Forest! Good! Order!» campaign

In anticipation of May 1st, Labour Day, employees of the Vitebsk Customs and the Vitebsk branch of RUE "Beltamozhservice" actively joined the republican campaign "Forest! Goodness! Order!", which started on April 12th and is aimed at improving Belarusian forests.

The campaign symbolically concludes on Labour Day. It is noteworthy that both campaigns this spring are held under the auspices of the Year of Improvement and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Participation in it became a significant opportunity for customs officers not only to contribute to the preservation of Belarus's natural wealth but also to celebrate the upcoming holiday with a useful and socially important deed.

Armed with the necessary equipment, customs officers carried out a large-scale cleanup of the forest area in the territory of the Moshkansky forestry, where garbage and deadwood were collected and removed, which significantly improved the sanitary condition of the forest plot.

As noted by the Head of Vitebsk Customs, Sergey Linkevich: "The campaign 'Forest! Goodness! Order!' is not only a contribution to improving the environment and bringing order, but also a symbol of unity, love for the native land, and respect for labour, which is especially significant in the year of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory."
