The social network "Vstupotryad" will help young people in the Vitebsk region find part-time jobs

Соцсеть "Встудотряде" поможет найти подработку молодежи Витебской области

The social network "Vstuotryade", developed by Polotsk students to promote secondary employment of youth in the Vitebsk region, is planned to be launched this year, said Viktor Glushin, acting first secretary of the regional committee of the BRSM.

"The project 'Vstuotryade.by' was developed by students of Polotsk State University. With the help of this resource, employers and student detachments will be able to find each other. The project will be presented at the republican final of the competition '100 Ideas for Belarus', then we plan to gradually implement it - in the region and throughout the country," explained Viktor Glushin. Thanks to the social network, potential employers can view information about student detachments - composition, qualifications, experience, and work examples.

A rating system for employers and applicants will be in place. "In 2015, we employed just under 11,000 people, and the same task is set for the current labor semester. Everything depends on the availability of work volumes in the region and the republic, our interaction with Russia, and other factors. Last year, our detachments worked well at the All-Russian Children's Center 'Orlyonok' in the Krasnodar Territory and the 'Plamya' Recreation and Health Center in the Moscow Region. I think we will continue our cooperation in 2016," added Viktor Glushin. The issue of choosing an object for the regional youth construction project is also being worked out; there was no such project last year. Proposals are being accepted and considered, for example, objects in the town of Senno, which will host the regional festival-fair "Dazhynki-2016".
