The head of the region noted the high professionalism of the poultry farm's team. "Despite any problems, you have clearly built a development model for your enterprise, you understand what you are striving for, and you see the prospect. In just a few years, the situation in the rural areas of the Vitebsk region has been changing thanks to the poultry farm; new dairy and grain-drying complexes are being built, and a feed mill is operating. This is building the technology of the modern village of the future and creating jobs," the governor noted.

Nikolai Sherstnev set the Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm as an example for the heads of enterprises and integration structures of the region. "The plant is developing practically as an integration structure. Only by creating a closed production cycle in the agro-industrial complex, from field to counter, can we compete in external and domestic markets. The poultry farm demonstrates this," said the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee. The governor also focused on the importance of building and adhering to production technology in all sectors of agriculture.

A regional seminar on the investment program for the development of OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" was held in the Vitebsk and Liozno districts. It was attended by the leadership of the region, enterprises, integration structures of the region, and specialists in the agricultural sector. Seminar participants visited the poultry farm's facilities, familiarized themselves with the construction of modern agro-complexes, and also opened a breeding stock workshop and a grain-drying complex.
