"Thank you for the Victory!" – the youth of Vitebsk region will say to the veterans

The Republican patriotic campaign will be held in every corner of the country, including in the Dvina region. The joint project of BRSM and BRPO, dedicated to Victory Day, started on April 30 in Minsk. The symbol of the campaign is a red star with the inscription "Thank you for Victory!". With it, young people will decorate the doors of veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Activists of the organizations will congratulate those who gave us a peaceful sky, present postcards and souvenirs, and members of the "Kind Heart" volunteer movement and Timurites will provide feasible assistance in everyday life. In addition, rallies, intergenerational meetings, creative competitions, youth forums, and concerts will be held as part of the campaign. Thus, on May 8, a solemn meeting will take place near the Stele of Military Glory at VSGU named after P.M. Masherov with the participation of university students, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the Afghan War, as well as a festive concert.

The youth of VSTU will celebrate Victory Day actively: with laser tag and paintball tournaments "Partisan Trails". In Braslav, a flash mob will be held, in which young people, holding hands, will form the word "THANK YOU". In general, as reported in the Vitebsk Regional Committee of BRSM, large-scale events will unfold in every district center and primary organizations, as there is no one indifferent to the great universal holiday.
