Tollachin Secondary School No. 2 hosted a solemn rally-meeting dedicated to naming the educational institution after Hero of the Soviet Union N.P. Lugovsky. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev.

During a working trip to the Tollachin district, the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev visited the Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation and familiarized himself with the implementation of the project "Inclusive Platform Time for Communication".
