From May 14, the Vitebsk Thermal Networks branch of RUE Vitebskenergo will begin conducting tests for increased temperature, thermal and hydraulic losses of heating networks, and carrying out repair and preventive work on the heating networks of the regional center. The purpose of the upcoming work is to prepare for the autumn-winter period of 2022-2023. In this regard, a planned shutdown of hot water will begin in Vitebsk.

Owners of heat supply systems during the period of capital repairs must carry out capital repairs of heating networks, thermal units, and internal systems with complete cleaning, flushing, and pressure testing of pipelines. Certificates of hydraulic tests of external heat supply networks of consumers will be issued every Tuesday and Thursday from 13:30 to 15:00 in the assembly hall of the administrative and operational building of the Vitebsk Thermal Networks branch (S. Pankovoy St., 6) two working days after the completion of capital repairs.
Heat supply systems without capital repairs, with equipment preparation for the 2022-2023 heating period, will not be permitted.
On the days of heating network testing, pipeline damage is possible, which may lead to significant leaks of network water. During this time, please remove all valuables from the basement premises.
