The status of investagent has been assigned to the Vitebsk incubator of small business

The powers of an investment agent for attracting investments to Belarus have been granted to the small business incubator of the limited liability company Legal Group "Law and Order" (Vitebsk). This is stipulated by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 831, the BELTA correspondent was informed at the Apparatus of the Council of Ministers. The powers have been granted to LLC Legal Group "Law and Order" in accordance with the agreement on representing the interests of Belarus in attracting investments to the country. According to Resolution No. 831, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has been designated as responsible for interaction with the small business incubator in the implementation of this agreement. As a reminder, the institution of an investment agent was introduced in Belarus by Decree No. 413 of August 6, 2009. This step was taken to improve the organizational forms of work with foreign and national investors and to further enhance the country's investment attractiveness. The decision to authorize an investment agent to represent the interests of Belarus is made by the government. A proposal to designate a specific person as an investment agent can be submitted to the Council of Ministers by any republican government body and other state organization, as well as by a regional (Minsk City) executive committee, based on an application from a potential investment agent. -0-
