The stage designers of the "Slavianski Bazaar" festival concerts will be managed by intelligent winches

May 28, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. LED grids, a TV floor, and transforming semi-circles controlled by intelligent winches will debut on the Summer Amphitheater stage and become the main stars of the scenography for the concerts of the XIX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". Rodion Bass, Director of the Vitebsk Culture Center and Director of the Directorate of the International Festival of Arts, spoke about the wonders of the high-tech festival stage at a press conference today, a BELTA correspondent reports. Unlike previous years, the stage will be dynamic this year. Another difference will be the absence of decorations in the traditional sense. LED panels, grids, and tubes will serve as decorations, projecting colorful abstract images. Three semi-circles will transform above the stage during performances, and the image will also change on the transparent floor. All this moving equipment will be controlled by intelligent winches, a product of modern technology. Something similar could be observed by the audience at last year's Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow. Such smart scenography cost twice as much. As Rodion Bass admitted, there is a risk in its use, but the spectacle is worth it. Moreover, modern television dictates high requirements for the transmitted image. Stage assembly will begin on June 26. -0-
