Judging children is much harder than judging adults - jury member
July 13, Vitebsk /Olga Bogacheva - BELTA/. Judging children is much harder than judging adults. This opinion was expressed to journalists by a member of the jury, popular Russian singer Varvara, before the start of the first draw for the "Vitebsk-2009" children's music competition, reports BELTA correspondent.
The singer emphasized that when assigning scores, she will primarily consider the natural abilities and stage presence of the young artists. And only then what their teachers have taught them. "After all, if a child has talent, it's never too late to learn," Varvara noted.
In order not to offend any of the young contestants, she intends to conscientiously attend all rehearsals. "It happens that a child performs better at rehearsals, but stage fright can affect them during the competition. They are still children," the singer explained.-0-
