Сводный список неиспользуемого имущества впервые создан в Витебской области

A consolidated list of unused property of various owners in the Vitebsk region has been created for the first time in the region and is publicly available, the Vitebsk Regional Territorial Fund for State Property "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" informed a BELTA correspondent.

The consolidated list of unused and inefficiently used property located in the Vitebsk region and subject to involvement in economic circulation in 2013 includes more than 400 objects of both state and private ownership. Among the unused properties are the office of a former collective farm, pigsty buildings, stables and a cowshed, several former schools and paramedic-obstetric stations, a 19th-century estate, and even a hay shed. The consolidated list, in addition to a description of the object itself, contains information about its balance holder and the method of involvement in circulation: sale, lease, or gratuitous use.

Previously, each administrative-territorial unit compiled its own list. The creation of a unified database will improve the state property management system and provide broader information to business circles about unused objects. The consolidated list is publicly available on the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" website. Here you can also find a list of 289 objects of unused and inefficiently used property owned by the Vitebsk region and its administrative-territorial units, subject to involvement in economic circulation.

The work on the list was carried out in accordance with Decree No. 294 of July 4, 2012 "On the Procedure for Disposal of State Property," which instructed regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee to determine the procedure and conditions for forming a list of unused and inefficiently used property owned by the respective administrative-territorial units, and to annually ensure the involvement in economic circulation of property located within their territory and included in the list.

In 2012, "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" involved 268 units of unused state property in communal ownership into economic circulation, of which 59% were sold. This year, the fund is to involve 289 units of communal property into circulation, of which 184 are planned to be put up for sale.
