Vitebsk region residents got their own "Minute of Fame"

December 15, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Residents of the Vitebsk region have their own "Minute of Fame". The Vitebsk TV company "Skif" invites everyone who wishes to demonstrate their talents in the "Your Chance" project, the TV company informed a BELTA correspondent. Anyone, regardless of age and occupation, can take part in the show. As in the popular Russian show, the organizers invite participants to surprise and amaze viewers in any way possible: singing, dancing, strength, or other abilities. However, unlike "Minute of Fame," only TV viewers will determine the best in this project through SMS voting. "We refused to have a jury, as the opinions of its members are subjective anyway," the TV company emphasized. The winner will be determined by a majority of votes during several rounds of the project. His name will be known in June 2010. The prize that the most talented resident of the Vitebsk region will receive remains a secret for now. It should be noted that the popularity of such television projects in the Vitebsk region is quite high. For example, the entire population of Orsha has been happily voting for several years during evening broadcasts for the "Best Young Mother" of their city. Various television contests with the participation of local residents in other regions of the area have gained no less viewers and fans. -0-
