Tatyana Likhacheva is the new laureate of the "Crystal Pavlinka"

The highest theatrical award – the "Crystal Pavlinka" – was received by the leading stage actress of the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre, Honored Artist of Belarus Tatyana Likhacheva.

At one time, legendary personalities were recipients of this prestigious prize – Stefania Stanyuta, Alexandra Klimova, Natalia Gaida, Kolas Theatre actors Zinaida Konopelko, Fyodor Shmakov, Tadeush Kokhtys, Svetlana Okruzhna.

Tatyana Likhacheva has dedicated more than a quarter of a century to serving the Vitebsk stage, where she has played hundreds of vivid roles. Among them are Shakespeare's Juliet, Bykov's Franya from "Pakakhay myane, saldatik", Vampilov's Valentina from "Letas u Chulimsku", Golda from Gorin's "Pominainaya malitva". One of her iconic roles was Euphrosyne, in preparation for which the actress spent some time at the Polotsk Women's Spaso-Yefrosinievsky Monastery.

And today, the actress shines on the theatrical stage, she is involved in many performances.

The "Crystal Pavlinka" is not the only award with which the Kolas Theatre actors were honored on the International Theatre Day. The subsidiary prize – the "Crystal Star" – was received by Zinaida Gurbо. The actress will celebrate the 60th anniversary of her creative activity on the Vitebsk stage next year.
