The Yakub Kolas Theatre will represent Belarus for the first time at "ArtOkraina" in St. Petersburg

The Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre is representing Belarus for the first time at the VII International Festival of Chamber Theatres and Small-Form Performances "ArtOkraina," which is taking place in St. Petersburg.

Our actors will perform the play "It's All Her," staged based on the drama by contemporary Belarusian playwright Andrey Ivanov, directed by Alexander Marchenko, head of the Center for Belarusian Drama. The original scenography was created by artist Andrey Zhigur.

The production addresses a very acute problem of intergenerational relationships – parents and children – in the modern world. The play features Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Tatyana Likhacheva and young actors Roman Solovyov and Artem Geryak.
