A theater decade will be held in the Vitebsk region from June 4 to June 13, the Vitebsk Regional Methodological Center for Folk Art informed a BELTA correspondent. More than 50 amateur theater groups from all districts and cities of the region will take part in the large-scale event. The culmination of the event will be the regional festival of amateur theaters "Theater Spring-2010," which will take place in Orsha from June 10 to 13. During these days, a creative competition of the 12 best groups of the region from Orsha, Polotsk, Gorodok, Novopolotsk, Dokshitsky, Shumilinsky, Braslavsky, and Lepelsky districts will be held on three stages simultaneously (at the Railway Workers' House of Culture, the City House of Culture, and the Orsha Flax Mill House of Culture).
