Tolochna entrepreneurs have set up a modern cafe-club

Local entrepreneur Alexey Zakrizhevsky and his wife Ekaterina bought the premises of the former factory canteen two years ago, so it has not changed its previous specialization. The cuisine is versatile: there are both national Belarusian dishes and dishes of other peoples. The owners' special pride is their own pizza. For its preparation, they acquired an Italian oven, of course.

In the vacant building of the former textile factory, Tolochin entrepreneurs have equipped a modern cafe-club, which, without much ado, they named "Fabrika".

Local entrepreneur Alexey Zakrizhevsky and his wife Ekaterina bought the premises of the former factory canteen two years ago, so it has not changed its previous specialization. They wisely decided not to take out loans to avoid debt burden. They used their own savings and received help from relatives. How are responsibilities distributed? If the head of the family makes global decisions, then Ekaterina, as the keeper of the hearth, creates a cozy atmosphere, oversees the organization of work in the kitchen, product delivery, etc. The cuisine is versatile: there are both national Belarusian dishes and dishes of other peoples. The owners' special pride is their own pizza. For its preparation, they acquired an Italian oven, of course. A professional chef from Minsk has already conducted a master class for the staff. The premises occupy three floors. So far, only the first floor has been utilized, housing the cloakroom and restrooms. The second floor has three rooms: the main one with a bar counter and dance floor, and a separate room for 12 people. In the long-term plans, the entrepreneurs intend to equip the 3rd floor, which will feature a billiard room and hotel rooms.

Thanks to the new establishment, 16 residents of Tolochin have found employment. For a small town, especially in the current difficult times, this is important. There is a full set of service staff: bartenders, waiters, dishwashers... "Fabrika" opened only in December, but has already gained popularity among the townspeople. Weddings have been held here, New Year's corporate parties, banquets, and anniversaries have taken place. It is not surprising that Alexey and Ekaterina are in the most cheerful mood. This means that all their plans will come true.
