The Tolochin district is becoming increasingly interesting for major retail chains
According to Viktor Alkhimovich, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Economy, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Consumer Services, this is partly due to the fact that vacant retail space has become available as a result of the bankruptcy proceedings of the Tolochin District Consumer Cooperative. However, new retail facilities are also being constructed. One of them is the "Rodnik" shopping center with a total area of one thousand square meters, which is being built in the center of Tolochin by a private enterprise from the Krupki district of the Minsk region. And soon, the foundation for a new store under the "Santa Bremor" brand will be laid.
Thus, local buyers will have a wider choice, and the district will gain new jobs and budget revenue through tax inflows. As noted by the District Executive Committee, the interest from investors shows that the business climate in the region is becoming increasingly attractive.
